Noble Education Initiative & FCSA Join Forces to Provide Professional Development Courses for Educators

Earn Your Endorsements: Online Courses in Reading & ESOL Starting Monthly

Florida – March 23, 2026 – Noble Education Initiative (NEI) is proud to partner with the FCSA to offer Reading and ESOL endorsement courses. All courses are fully online and asynchronous, with structured assignment deadlines, and can be completed in just 10 weeks. Instruction is provided by master teachers and features engaging content, including videos, articles, case studies, and interactive components. New course sections begin each month. Upon successful completion of a course, in-service points will be reported directly to FDOE by FCSA, a state-approved professional learning system.

Through its partnership with the FCSA, NEI also offers courses for professional certificate renewal. These courses are fully online and asynchronous, allowing participants to work at their own pace without assignment deadlines. Mastery is demonstrated through quizzes and tests, with no additional coursework required.

NEI offers required courses in Students with Disabilities, Scientifically Based Reading, and Educational Leadership, along with a wide range of 60-hour electives, such as Classroom Management, Content Literacy and Mathematical Practices, and Instructional Design and Lesson Planning, among others.

Courses start at $50.

Reading and ESOL endorsement courses are 60 hours each, and in-service points are reported directly by the FCSA to the Florida Department of Education.
