Baird’s National Charter School Group has assisted charter schools and CMOs on over 330 charter school financings, obtaining over $10.1 billion in funding for construction, land purchase, renovations, refinancings and other capital projects. These financings have been accomplished utilizing bond issues, New Markets Tax Credits, and other long-term financing sources.
