June 2026 — To support growing enrollment and the need for teachers, FCSA launches an online Florida Charter School Job Board, a centralized resource designed to connect qualified educators and education professionals with career opportunities at public charter schools across the state.
The new job board serves as a one-stop destination for teachers, school leaders, instructional staff, and support professionals seeking rewarding careers in Florida’s public charter schools. Schools can post open positions, while job seekers can easily search opportunities by location, position, and school.
“As Florida’s charter school community continues to grow, we’re committed to helping schools attract exceptional talent and making it easier for educators to discover meaningful career opportunities,” said Lynn Norman-Teck, Executive Director, FCSA. “This new job board streamlines the hiring process and provides a valuable statewide resource for both schools and job seekers.”
The Florida Charter School Job Board supports the FCSA’s mission to strengthen public charter schools by helping connect highly qualified professionals with schools dedicated to innovation and student success. Educators interested in exploring opportunities and charter schools looking to post open positions are encouraged to visit the Florida Charter School Alliance Job Board here.
Other resources developed by FCSA that support educators and help schools develop strong educator and leadership pipelines include the FCSA Professional Learning System and an in-service points/continuing education unit (CEU) provider (approved by the Florida Department of Education); and the Teacher/Admin Evaluation Tool, designed explicitly for charter schools by a Florida charter school leaders to facilitate monitoring and assessing educators and gather the necessary information to guide and improve performance.
