Responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency support to ensure school facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational. Maintains equipment, follows safety regulations, supports school operations, and demonstrates professionalism while working collaboratively with staff, students, and the community.
Perform general maintenance and basic repair tasks across school facilities.
Assist with repairs under the supervision of licensed technicians when required.
Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or equipment issues promptly.
Respond to maintenance emergencies and complete necessary repairs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of repair supplies.
Report vandalism, theft, or facility damage immediately.
Support school operations during emergencies and special situations.
Use computers and electronic systems to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive interactions with staff, students, and visitors.
Participate in trainings, meetings, and other assigned duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Classroom and school-based work environment serving K–12 students
Regular interaction with students, parents, staff, and community members
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
