The Florida Supreme Court declines to hear #HB7069 lawsuit – reassigning the case to the Leon County trial.
In a court hearing on December 19, lawyers for the State of Florida pointed out that school districts were already sharing some property tax revenue with charters school prior to HB7069. However, their motion to dismiss was rejected.
