October 2019 — The new Employee Benefits Plans created by FCSA partner Lanier Upshaw provides many of the advantages normally reserved for large, self-funded employers while assuring no additional risk (budgetary or otherwise) is assumed by the schools or their employees. Starting in early 2019, we have worked diligently creating this solution and ensuring its feasibility for charter schools. We are excited to be unveiling our solutions, and we look forward to speaking with FCSA members at and after the conference.
